Directions
- Open the turkey breast season with salt pepper,
Combine the cooked onions, mince leg meat, dried fruits, herbs and eggs.
Roll the turkey up with the minced meat.Cling film it tight and then cook it in the souvide 70 degreese for 1.5 hour. Cool it down in ice water then before serving take the wrap off. Tap it dry , sear it in a hot pan all around, then place it in the oven for about 8 min( depand on the size ) then ready to slice . - Place all the ingredients in a pot then slowly cook it till become a thick jam
- Place the onion, thyme, garlic and cloves, infuse the milk for 15-20 min
Strain the ingredients then cook the breadcrumbs in the milk, season well, salt, pepper - Chipolata sausages wrapped in bacon
Cooked in oven 180 C for about 8-10 min . - Brussels sprouts clean then then cook then in a boiling water for about 2-3nmin. cool it down then before serving in a hot pan give a nice color finish with thyme , butter .
- Peel the potato then cut them in bigger size.
Boil them in a salty water till the edges are start to get flaky ( this is gonna give the real crispiness to the potato.
Heat up the oven on 210 degrease place in a roasting pan with the oil and fat. Add the thyme, garlic.
Place the potatoes in the hot oil and start to cook . Every 5-10 min turn the potatoes till golden brown and crispy.
